We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 days, for items out of stock you will be notified of the expected delivery date.

An order can only be canceled prior to dispatch. If you wish to cancel an order phone our hotline on tel: 01604 622700.

If there is a problem with your order all you need to do is let us know and we will try and help as best we can.

Before any goods are returned you must contact us for authorisation. The return of unwanted goods must be notified within 10 days after receipt (see ordering info - acceptance). The goods must be returned unused and in their original condition. Goods must be returned within 7 days of notification. We recommend that you send goods on recorded delivery. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in post. To claim your postage costs on faulty goods returns you must include a receipt of postage charge.
