FAQ's

How do I register?

Click the Create Account link at the top of the page. Fill out the form, including email address, phone number, and an address. Once this information has been entered you will be able to order from the site. You do not necessarily have to register to buy from our site. Alternate shipping addresses can be used if required.

Buying Online

While we endeavour to keep everything on the website as up to date as possible, there will be occasions that a product has sold in the shop and is still showing as available online. If you are unsure or need a product quickly please contact us before going through the checkout. We try very hard to make all of our products easy to find. There is a keyword search option; this helps you quickly find products on the site. Also all products can be found by clicking through the relevant categories down the left hand side.

Security

All your details are kept on our records and are not passed onto any other companies. We value our customers highly and keep all your details secure. In terms of payment and card details we use Sage Pay which is a recognised online payment system. We do not keep your card details under any circumstances; this means that in order to buy online, you will always need to enter this information.

Discounts

Sometimes we offer discount codes, these can be redeemed through the checkout process. Characters may be case sensitive so please be aware of this when entering the codes.

Vouchers

Vouchers can be redeemed online or we can send you them in the post to spend in the shop. You will need to inform us off the method of acceptance. You can do this by contacting us directly, and quoting your order number. Or as you proceed through the checkout, you will see an order comments box, just say in there whether you would like an online code or an actual voucher.

Order Confirmation

Automatically once your order is completed and successfully paid for, you will receive an email, the status will say ‘Awaiting Fulfilment’, this will remain the same until the item is dispatched, whereby the status will change to ‘Shipped’.

UK Delivery Options

Our main service is a 24hour delivery, however in order to get next day, you will need to order before 2pm. Delivery costs £6.00 or select the 3-5 working day service for £3.00. There is also a Click and Collect service available. No postage is charged here, however you are required to come and collect from the store. If you haven’t paid for the item, as we allow you to pay in store for it, the item will be reserved for you for a 72 hour period. Please note that any items with printing/embroidery will take 2-3 weeks from the date that your order was placed.

Please see our product advice page for this. We have many answered questions with regards to specific sports and products. Should it be the case that your answer is not on display, please call us, and we will be able to assist you further.

Stock Levels

Due to having an online outlet and retail outlet, stock may fluctuate. The website will be up to date, but there may be an instant where you as an online customer may buy something which somebody from our shop has bought minutes before. Stock wouldn’t have time to be adjusted on the site quick enough, and therefore the item is sold out. Should this happen, a member of staff will contact you, we may be able to offer you a similar product or if you are happy to wait another 5 days (approx.) we can get that product in for you from manufacturers.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive an item from us which you wish to return, due to it being either faulty or the wrong size was ordered, they may be returned at your own expense. Under any circumstances, please contact us to get authorization of return.

Refunds

If your item was out of stock, or you have returned an item, a refund will be issued if that is the customer’s requirement. It may take 2-3 days for the money to be transferred back into your account. Postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Faulty Products

If you are to receive a product and you are not happy with the quality or there is a defect, please contact us immediately and we will advise further.

Missing Items on an order

Should in the minor occurrence that you receive a miss picked order, please contact us and we will sort this for you.

Changing your order

Your timescale of doing this may be very limited. Please ensure that you order you items correctly, should you need to change your order please get in touch.

Cancelling your order

If for some reason you decide that you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please let us know, and a refund will take place. If you receive or the items are being sent to you, and you decide to cancel the order, you will need to send the items back, remember you will need authorization of this, and a refund is available, however postage cost will not be refunded.

Yes we are open 7 days a week. Opening times are:
